At Novaro London we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use are not eligible for return.
Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page for approval and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

When sending a return package, customers must clearly write the store name and order number on the package.

5. Customs Declaration (Important)

For international returns, the declared value must not exceed 19 USD or 19 EUR.
If the declared value exceeds this amount, customs duties or taxes may apply. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
